• Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely.

The buyer matcher does not store your answers on our servers — it simply builds a WhatsApp message for you to send.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and carry out the property search you asked for (performance of a contract or your consent), and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

Where necessary to arrange viewings, we share the minimum needed with collaborating agencies or owners. We use WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and cloud hosting providers for this website; we never sell your data or add you to marketing lists without consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while your search is active and for up to two years afterwards. Transaction records are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es) or the UK ICO (ico.org.uk).
